How far could the Niners trade up? And for who would they?

I just read an interesting article on Bleacher Report this morning that got me thinking.(http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1605927-trades-we-want-to-see-happen-during-the-2013-nfl-draft) Braxton Miller would like to see the 49ers trade with the Raiders up to #3 while giving up the #31, 34 and a late rounder with the Niners selecting Dee Milliner. But I have questions about that?

Would the Niners trade up that far in the draft for a CB?

I think not. This is a pretty deep draft for corners and the only reason to trade up for one would be for an elite shut down corner(which I don't believe Milliner is). There's Rhodes, Trufant, Poyer, and Amerson that I can think of at the top of my head who could be just as good. What do you guys think?

So who would the Niners trade up for?

Living in Arizona, high school football wasn't the greatest in the past but there were some exciting years. Like the 2008 season with Chandler High School against Desert Vista. There was Dion Jordan, Markus Wheaton, and Marc Anthony vs. Devon Kennard and Luke Matthews. A great game. Desert Vista won of course. Sorry for reminiscing but two of those guys from the Chandler side are guys I wouldn't mind seeing the 49ers take. Trading up for Dion Jordan and maybe trading down to take Markus Wheaton? There's also Tavon Austin, Kenny Vaccaro, Star Lotulelei. The media expects them to be taken in the 9 - 15 range. Who would you guys trade up for?

How much do the Niners give up? What would other teams want?

Depending on how far the Niners want to move up, I wouldn't mind trading the 31 and 34. But that 34 is an extremely valuable pick coming on the 2nd day and 12 hours to come up with a trade. If its possible to hang on to that I'd like to, but I'm probably being extremely greedy.

Whats your answer to those questions and what questions haven't I asked?
