No, obviously I'm not talking about Jenkins or James or Looney. We know those guys and have discussed those guys and I think we all feel pretty confident in what they'll (hopefully) bring to the table this next year and the next two (or more).
I'm actually talking about Trenton Robinson, Cam Johnson and Darius Fleming. Interestingly enough, all three pertain to two of the most significant needs we've been discussing ad nauseum this off season; safety and rotational DL/pass rush help.
Funny enough, Baalke made comments recently about drafting not for the upcoming year, but for beyond that. As history has shown us NUMEROUS times (with Goldson, Bowman, McDonald, Sopoaga, Boone, Brown, etc.), it just isn't possible for us fans to see what the coaches and execs see, and so many times these low profile backups emerge and become huge for us.
So, my question to everyone, is that these three seem to be very quickly written off, or at the least, wholly forgotten. What is everyone's opinion on what type of impact, if at all, will these guys have this year?
