The 2013 NFL Draft is a day old, and with the 49ers now in possession of a new safety, it is time to move on to rounds two and three on Friday. Round two kicks at 3:30 p.m. PT from Radio City Music Hall. The NFL allows seven minutes per pick in round two, and then five minutes per pick in round three.
ESPN and NFL Network will once again provide television coverage. I started with NFL Network on Thursday, and then switched to ESPN after ten or eleven picks. NFL Network has better analysis, but ESPN keeps me more entertained with the absurdity that is that crew. ESPN will improve as Berman is off the set for days two and three.
If you do not have television access during the draft, ESPN3.com and NFL.com will both be live-streaming the day's festivities. ESPN seemed to have a better feed running on Thursday, but check both of them out if you are so inclined.
Also, remember that 49ers.com will NOT have live camera in their war room.
The 49ers dealt away one of their day two picks in their move up to No. 18 on Thursday. That leaves them with three picks. They will start at pick No. 34 overall, then select again in the second round at pick No. 61. They then have pick No. 93 overall in the third round.
