Golden Nuggets: Alex Smith in the preseason? Imagine that!

USA TODAY Sports

Friday, April 5th, 2013 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of 49ers links from around the web.

Good morning, folks. I haven't posted the Golden Nuggets, since the San Francisco 49ers signed cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha. I just want to say that I absolutely love the move. He's coming at such a cheap price that even if he doesn't return to form (I believe he will, sine the Philadelphia Eagles used him in the absolute worst way possible), he'll still be worth the price.

Anyway, I really have to get the links up quick today so now more than ever, if you happen to find any that I missed, post them up in the comments. Thanks guys.
