Player ratings and the coming year

Hi all,

Does anyone know a good source for player ratings? The only two sources I've found so far are the Madden ratings, and Pro Football Focus. I was initially excited to find Pro Football Focus, because they review every player on every play, and assign a rating. However, as I was working through their data, I kept finding discrepancies I couldn't reconcile. The most glaring example was that they value JJ Watts at 101, and Justin Smith at 22. Now, I know Watts was good, but he's not almost 5 times better than Justin. There were other problems as well, so I eventually stopped trying to make their data fit.

The Madden data works pretty well, but the numbers are just eyeballed, not based on stats or play-by-play review. Does anyone know of a more reliable player rating site?

btw, here's my latest roster strength spreadsheet.

Again, these are just using Madden numbers. Also some teams like the Rams, still have some obvious holes (at safety) that I expect to get fixed before the season starts. Also, this is just based on player strengths and doesn't take into account coaching.

I'd like to be ready in time for final roster cuts, so if anyone has any good leads, let me know.

Thanks!
