49ers training camp practice, media schedule

Ed Szczepanski-US PRESSWIRE

We break down key dates of San Francisco 49ers training camp, including practice dates and times, and media availability for Jim Harbaugh, Greg Roman and Vic Fangio.

The San Francisco 49ers welcomed their rookies to Santa Clara on Friday, and they will be welcoming back veterans between now and Wednesday. The first official practice is scheduled for Thursday, but until then, the team will be getting medical exams out of the way, and potentially conducting various classroom work. However, once we get to Thursday, the marathon truly begins to Super Bowl XLVIII at Met Life Stadium.

The 49ers preseason schedule begins Thursday, August 8, but as they gear up for that game, they will make a variety of coaches and players available to the media. Players will be available most every day, with a few exceptions. Jim Harbaugh, Greg Roman and Vic Fanio will get opportunities to meet with the media during camp.

The schedule below is through the 49ers second preseason game. There will likely be additional appearances after that game. You can bookmark this page to keep track, and we'll also be referencing it throughout camp. Here
