Dont be alarmed, I come in peace! So I just recently moved out to The Bay, which is absolutely amazing by the way. Being the huge football fan that I am, once I saw the Colts were playing the Niners in SF in Week 3, I instantly thought that, "I have to go!" I feel like a true hardcore fan, has to at least see one game in an opposing teams stadium. I've never had the privilage of doing so, until now at least.
Its unfortunate in some ways that it had to be this game. Against a very good 49ers team. One that, in theory, probably should handle the Colts on Sunday. In some ways its perfect though. All of the Stanford connections on the Colts team, The Jim Harbaugh connection to Andrew Luck and to Indianapolis, the performance of both teams last week, both of which were very disappointing. I just think it has the makings of a really good game all of a sudden. So win or lose, im just plain excited to go into enemy territory and see this game!
Now the the whole point of my post was just to get some feedback from the Niners Nation and the fans who go to this stadium regularly. I think you guys have a really good SB Nation page, (ours could learn a thing or two from this) and just a good fanbase in general and i respect that. Im curious if any other colts fans are going though, or if any of the Niners fans are actually welcoming to an out of town Colts fan lol. Probably not, but I know theres fans like me, who have respect for the opposition and people who have respect back for them. Id love to interact with some cool people just to make the most of my experience!! Feel free to share some stories or anything! Hope my post is welcome here.
