What would it take for the 49ers to trade Aldon Smith?

I posed this question on Twitter earlier, but I thought it was a good topic to discuss further. In light of Aldon's repeated off-field issues -- 2 DUIs, the stabbing, and the lawsuits -- the 49ers have to be pondering his value on the trade market. Of course, I don't think the team can afford to trade him in-season, since there's nobody of note behind him and this team is primed to Win Now, and Aldon is unlikely to be suspended any time soon (Marshawn Lynch is still pending action on a DUI a year later). Since the man is clearly not a "Gold Helmet" any longer and is bringing discredit upon the organization, what would it take for the 49ers to unload him?

I do realize that teams rarely trade premiere pass rushers in this league - this is more of a thought exercise than anything. Personally, I think it would have to be two firsts, or a first and a proven player at a position of need. Of course, with the Browns being the current team trading their best players, maybe we can pick up Joe Haden and the first overall pick for Aldon...win-win!
