The San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks released their final injury reports Friday afternoon for Sunday's NFC Championship Game. Percy Harvin has been ruled out by the Seahawks, while Carlos Rogers and Will Tukuafu are both questionable.

We discussed Harvin's status earlier today when news first came out. The official "Out" status means there is no way the Seahawks could pull a fast one and get him in the lineup on Sunday. I expected them to list him as questionable or doubtful, and make the 49ers wait, but it seems clear the concussion symptoms were not abating. There were question marks about Harvin's return after the first big blow last Sunday, so I suppose it's a good thing they're not messing around this time.

Carlos Rogers and Will Tukuafu are both listed as questionable after three straight days of limited work in practice. Rogers told KNBR on Thursday night that he would play Sunday, and it would be in the nickel role. It was surprising to get such a forthright answer. Bay Area Sports Guy had one angle on it:

I suppose it is possible the 49ers are playing games on that. I don't think it makes enough of a difference to do it, but who knows. For now, Rogers and Tukuafu seem like they'll play, but we'll find out more 90 minutes before game time on Sunday.
