I am boycotting and Lobbying the NFL until they change how they officiate. Who is with me?

If my team loses to a better team, or at least a team that played better today, fine. I'm good with that. But all season long games have hinged on obviously wrong play calls and non-calls.

I'm done.

I am not going to watch or listen to ANYTHING, even discussing the NFL, I won't purchase anything that says NFL, until they change HOW they officiate. I don't want a simple rule change, like they are talking about because of the play Bowman got injured on.

The whole system is garbage.

They officiate like its fricken 1899 here. Fans, sitting at home on the couch, know what the right call is, before the freaking refs do.

What they SHOULD do, is get all the damn zebras off the field, save one with flags and a headset, and the rest of the refs watch screens. They could instant reply every single play and have calls or non calls, accurately, within 5 seconds every play. Even hurry up offenses wouldn't be slowed down.

If my team gets called for breaking the rules, I'm good with that. As long as the rules apply equally to both teams and are enforced equally. This subjective BS has completely ruined the game for me.

Yesterdays game was terrible, but it was just the straw that broke the camels back.

If they had been calling accurately all season, does ANYBODY doubt that game would have been played at Candlestick with an entirely different result? (Most notably of course Brooks sack on Brees... the league even admitted the call was wrong. Of course about a g'damn month too late, when the rest of the planet knew within seconds.)

And if the Seahawks beat the Broncos, I'm confident saying we would have beat them. #6 should have been ours in 2 weeks.

I'm well aware the Niners have both been benefited and harmed by the bad playcalls. It's effected every team in the league. Selection Bias means we notice and remember the ones effecting us more.

It's isn't g'damn fair to any NFL fan, team, or player anywhere.

I heard rumors, that in a lawsuit the NFL claimed they were catagorized as "entertainment", not a sport. I am not supporting them as they go the way of the freaking WWE. WWE, is fake, and lame. It isn't a true contest, its nothing more than lame script and worse choreography.

NFL isn't there yet, but they aren't officiating like a sport, they are officiating like entertainment. Like it doesn't matter, or they have their own agenda, I don't know, or care which.

But I'm not watching again until they change. This is the second season in a row that ended tragically thanks to the refs. Could we have won both seasons in spite of the refs? Yes.

But we shouldn't have too.

Who's with me? I'm a Niner fan till death, but I'll make sure the NFL doesn't get a dime from me until they act like a legitimate sport.
