Your opinions please.

To be completely honest with the 49er. fans. I am a Chiefs fan first, however I choose to have a favorite from each conferance. So for the AFC I choose the Chiefs and from the NFC it's the 49ers. My idea Super Bowl would be a match up between the two teams.

I have come to your site for some advice. I hope that I am not stepping on anyone's toes because that is not my intentions.

I want to know from the informed 49er fans opinions on Lattimore. I feel he was a steal in the 4th round. If not for the ACL injury, he was the best RB in the league. His size is perfect to come in and attempt to fill Gore's shoes. Harbaugh has stated that Gore has 3 years left in him. I am also aware Gore becomes a free agent next year. I think Harbaugh is giving the 3 year number to keep Gore's value up. Not that he needs it. Until proven otherwise he is still a top RB in the league.

Here is my dilema. I am joining a Keeper Fantasy Football league next year. We get to keep all the players we draft but only so many at each position. I will be the oldest and most patient in the league. Although I would like to win the first year, building a Dynasty is the goal. It is my opinion that Lattimore could become Gore2.0. I think he will easily prove himself better than Hunter and James.

Once again I do not want to upset anyone by saying this. It is a possibility that by the end of this season Lattimore will be splitting carries with Gore. If Gore is not willing to sign a friendly team contract he may be let go. This has happened to a lot of great RB's. Steven Jackson is a perfect example. I want to build as young of team as possible with upcoming basically unknown superstars and I feel Lattimore could easily be one of them. Especially when I can get him in the later rounds of the draft.

What do you think Lattimores potential is? Also are there any other potential stars on your team I should be looking at?

Thank you.
