Good Morning everyone. Day six of training camp concluded yesterday and we have a pretty standard amount of news and predictions in the links. At this point, after what just might be the longest offseason ever, I'm ready for football. I can't even wait to see the Giants and Bills (of all teams) kick off the preseason Sunday night. As to what came out of camp today: Aldon Smith was absent to handle the LAX situation, Brandon Lloyd apparently put on a show in a meeting, and LaMichael James expects to be back before the regular season.
Of those listed, the biggest news of the day was probably Aldon Smith being absent from camp to finally put an end to the LAX incident. While in LA, a small trial was reportedly held so Aldon could give his side of the story. As a result, no further actions are expected to occur. All the legal issues this offseason have been tiring, but It is good that we are getting them out of the way before the start of the season.
