Good morning folks. The San Francisco 49ers survived yesterday without any issue, though the same cannot be said for the four teams that saw big-name players suspended. We'll talk about that more later on today but I gotta say, I assumed the 49ers would be next just because I'm so scarred. But the good news is that didn't happen. The bad news, as far as the Golden Nuggets are concerned, is that nothing interesting is going on at the moment.
The final section of Candlestick Park came down recently, the national media is putting out power rankings and, of course, the 49ers aren't showing well in those. Still, if this is our existence while Fooch is away on his trip, then that's massively preferable to the situation last time around. Training camp is just around the corner and unless something happens in the supplemental draft, I don't expect anything to happen between then and now.
