The San Francisco 49ers suffered a pair of first quarter injuries on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys. Vance McDonald left the game with an ankle injury and was immediately ruled out, while Tank Carradine was declared questionable to return with a leg injury.
The McDonald injury does not sound too bad, at least based on media observations. This does not guarantee anything, but it's better than nothing.
Don't think TE Vance McDonald's ankle injury is too serious. He's ruled out but is still standing on sideline with cleats on as 1st qtr ends

We had one update on Tank's injury:
DL Tank Carradine (leg) is walking back out of the locker room. He’s still in uniform, but he doesn’t have his helmet with him.

Tank was part of the 49ers first team nickel defense, which is the role that seems most likely for him once the regular season gets here. Jim Tomsula will probably get some questions on the injuries, but I don't expect him to have a lot to say about it. Hopefully neither injury is serious.
