The San Francisco 49ers posted their final injury report of Week 3, and we have some good news to go along with some expected not good news.
The team bumped Mike Purcell from limited participant to full participant. He joined a handful of other players in this designation, and all seven are not listed with an injury designation. Last year they would have been listed as probable, but the NFL got rid of probable this year, leaving questionable, doubtful, and out.
Speaking of questionable, the 49ers have two players listed with that designation. Safeties Marcus Cromartie and Jaquiski Tartt have been limited all week due to an ankle and knee injury, respectively. Last week, Cromartie did not play as a questionable, while Tartt did. There is no indication if that will change this week.
Offensive lineman Anthony Davis will miss his second straight game due to a concussion. He sat out all three days of practice, which means he has not been cleared for football activities. His status for next week will remain a question.
