Smack talk is always welcome, but please be respectful of your fellow readers. If you have an opinion, we all would prefer something more substantive, than, "You're a moron and your opinion is stupid." If you're a fan of another team and you talk smack, don't be surprised if somebody brings it right back at you.

Swearing is NOT allowed except in game-day threads. If you feel the need to swear at somebody's response, stop, take a minute to re-think it and you'll find an intelligent argument to shut that person down. First time will get you a warning, second time gets you suspended for a week and third time gets you banned.

Please do not use the word "retard" - it's offensive to many and you can make your point without using the word.

No matter what, we're all 49ers fans here. The team can drive us crazy at times, but try not to let them break your spirit!
