Broncos TE Scheffler, RB Young out for Sunday

Englewood, CO (Sports Network) - Denver Broncos tight end Tony Scheffler will not play in Sunday's contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars with a groin injury.
Scheffler has 16 receptions for 259 yards and a pair of scores in Denver's first five games this season. He did not practice on either Wednesday or Thursday.
In his third pro season out of Western Michigan, the 25-year-old has caught 83 balls for 1,094 yards and 11 touchdowns in 34 games with the Broncos.
Young is also sidelined with a groin problem, and did not practice the last two days. The Texas product has gained 266 yards with one TD on 47 rushes in five games.
