Rams G Setterstrom suffers sprained left knee

Mequon, WI (Sports Network) - St. Louis Rams guard Mark Setterstrom injured his left knee in a preseason game against the San Diego Chargers on Saturday and could miss the rest of the season.
Setterstrom, a seventh-round pick of the Rams in 2006, was carted off the field in the second half, and though the timetable of his return is not known, head coach Scott Linehan believed he could have fractured his patella, which would keep the 24-year-old out the remainder of the year.
The setback comes almost a year after Setterstrom, who started the 2007 campaign as the club's starting left guard, tore his left ACL which sidelined him for the final 13 games of last season.
