Does Colin Kaepernick look like a West Coast quarterback? National Football Post doubts it, but Coach Harbaugh says, "He’s a football player, first and foremost. That’s what you look for from any player." Will Harbaugh compete with Singletary for most indecipherable football platitudes?
Fun facts and pertinent info on Colin Kaepernick, the 49ers' quarterback heir apparent, gleaned from a whirlwind tour of his hometown, Turlock:
I hope Matt is right! I am excited all over again... New coach and I hope soon the new QB plays!
Jim Harbaugh has been in the NFL for only a couple of months and already has Colin Kaepernick to coach. That seems unfair. Kaepernick has the package: talent, drive, level head, plus he was ignored by the East Coast media elite, which will serve him as a long-term motivator. Thirty-one teams passed on Kaepernick, and 31 will regret doing so.
I dug this article and I like Kaepernick's game check it out!
He is being hyped to a late 1st early 2nd round pick in this article... The young man must be showing much improvement from under center since he was originally thought to be a 3rd or 4th rounder
Sounds was verified as a smart young man with a 37, the 3rd best score behind Greg McElroy's 43 and Missouri's Blaine Gabbert's 42 Is it a bad thing that he didn't score as high as Alex Smith who had a 40?
I am happy to hear the 49ers are giving him a look. Hope he ends up our QBOTF
Glad we can see him vs. other QB prospects but the article claims he scored a 38 on the Wonderlic which is most impressive.
