Well the 49ers continue to lock up their young/"quasi"-young talent. Mark Roman signed a 3-year extension yesterday. The team has locked up Shawntae Spencer and Adam Snyder and is looking to lock up Frank Gore, Justin Smiley, Mike Adams and Maurice Hicks. Considering all the cap room available to the team, it makes perfect sense to lock up the youth of the team.
