It's been a rough 2 months to start this season. It has seemed like the team has regressed rather than make the progress we all expected. In spite of all the first half troubles, the San Francisco 49ers, at 2-6, sit 2 games back of first place in the NFC West. In spite of all their troubles, they have an open shot at winning the division. In reality, the next 3 games will make or break the season. If anything is going to happen, it's going to happen now. The season can still be a success.
