And so we have the SB Nation Week 3 power rankings. The most notable drops are Chicago from 7 to 16 and Cincinnati from 9 to 19. Your biggest riser is Tampa Bay from 22 to 14. The 49ers dropped from a 9th place tie to 13th. I actually had them 14th on my ballot so we'll see how this weekend treats them. Thoughts?
