Chargers Coverage: Bolts from the Blue
The 49ers wrap up their preseason schedule against the San Diego Chargers. Nate Davis will be getting a solid three quarters of playing time, which should make this more interesting than many fourth preseason games. The fourth preseason game normally sees the starters get a series or two and then we just roll with the backups. Fortunately we have some particularly interesting backups getting action today. We'll see what they (particularly Davis) can show in extended action.
Also, I'm heading out of town for Labor Day weekend today and will possibly have some limited Internet access. Ninjames will provide us with a recap of the game tonight and take us through Saturday's roster cuts. I'll be in and out as frequently as possible.
