I thought I'd roll two things into this post. The 49ers aren't in the poll again, although if they can spring an upset next Sunday at Green Bay they better be included.
More important for our purposes is that Brian Westbrook was nominated for the Fed Ex Ground Player of the Week. Westbrook saw his first extensive action of the season and while his numbers might not equal Peyton Hillis' touchdowns or Jamaal Charles' yards, his work in relief of Gore was monstrous and I'd argue worthy of the award. So head over and vote as much as you can.
