Today the 49ers reach what could be their final meaningful game of the 2010 season. They face the Seahawks in a game they actually do have to win to stay in the amusing NFC West playoff race. A loss mathematically eliminates them, a tie drags the agony a little further, and a win potentially cuts their NFC West deficit to one game. Oh and they're doing this in a game in which everyone's favorite whipping boy, Alex Smith, returns to the starting lineup. The drama never stops in San Francisco.

GO NINERS!
