Golden Nuggets: It's time

It's gameday. The first meaningful game for this NFL season is here. The 49ers play the Seahawks today, in case you've been living under a rock. I'm pretty stoked. I can't even describe how stoked I am. Nothing else matters, today. I'm pretty sure I have to write some things for SB Nation Bay Area and maybe some articles for here on Niners Nation, but I probably won't. Because I'm awesome. Football is all that matters right now. I'm not going to bother thinking about sleeping, eating, using the bathroom or anything of that nature. This is game one. This is important, above all. The 49ers need to win this game. Well, they don't NEED to, but it sure would be nice, you know? Anyway, enjoy the links.

Yesterday, the 49ers made TE Vernon Davis the highest paid tight end in NFL history. Pretty hardcore stuff, right there. (SB Nation Bay Area)

How much inside information do the Seattle Seahawks have? Probably a good deal, but I'm not overly concerned with the notion. We'll live. (PressDemocrat.com)

Vernon Davis fits the 49ers identity. (49ers.com)

Coach Singletary considers him a winner. I'm inclined to agree. (CSNBayArea.com)

Sorry for the lack of order and no commentary in the Nuggets today. Internet is slowly dying and I've got to get this scheduled before it's too late.
