I'm covering for Ninjames this morning and it appears like today's Nuggets are focusing primarily on coaching staff issues. The team is looking at a lot of turnover because of the Jim Harbaugh hiring. It sounds like Coach Harbaugh has spent the early chunk of this week interviewing the current 49ers coaches to determine who might stick around. The latest news has Jim Leavitt interviewing for either the defensive line or linebackers coaching spot. Beyond that there is the developing story with Vic Fangio. It sounds like the 49ers DC job is his if he wants it but he is interviewing elsewhere as well. Meanwhile, current/ex-defensive coordinator Greg Manusky is interviewing everywhere under the sun for a job. We'll see how long it takes to get all this figured out. On to the links...
