The San Francisco 49ers head into the second half leading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 24-3. The 49ers have put together some strong offense, strong defense and strong special teams in what was one of their more complete halves of performance. Coming off the strong second half against the Eagles, this performance was exactly what we wanted to see. They left a few points on the board, but for the most part have looked solid in running up the early three touchdown lead.
The key now is that the 49ers cannot let their off the gas pedal. They get the ball back with a chance to take further control of this game. The Bucs will make adjustments on both sides of the ball. The 49ers have to counter those and take care of business. There is a lot of football to be played so hopefully the 49ers can continue their strong play. How about a score on this first possession of the second half?
