Golden Nuggets: Game Day Is Here

Good morning everybody. I'm back once again to grab the Nuggets for the day. After another long week of waiting, game day is here as the 49ers welcome the New York Giants to town. While it is true that every game matters, this is the first game of the year with very specific playoff implications. A win over the Giants gives the 49ers a two game lead on the NFC East leaders, with the head-to-head tiebreaker in hand.

For NN readers in the UK, big thanks to LondonNiner for reminding us that the game will be broadcast on Sky Sports over there. If you don't have Sky Sports, it's also on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra. And for folks here in the US looking for coverage, check out the506.com, which breaks down what games are playing where throughout the country. This game is playing in approximately half the country, with Lions-Bears occupying FOX on the rest of the country.
