San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh announced the 49ers injury report concerns and as expected, both Joe Staley and Patrick Willis are listed as questionable. Willis did not get a workout in on Saturday so he more than likely will end up sitting out the game. Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio said he probably would not play if he did not get in any practice. He has sat all week so that is likely the plan for Monday.
Joe Staley, on the other hand, sounds like he might actually be on pace to play on Monday.
Staley said he is on course to be cleared for contact tomorrow. If he passes the test, he'll start against the Steelers.

Based on what Staley told the press, it sounds like as long as he does not have a setback with concussion symptoms, he would be good to play on Monday. Alex Boone is available to start if needed, but it sounds likely that Staley could be good to go. He remains a game-time decision given the possibility of recurring concussion symptoms.
Braylon Edwards and Bruce Miller are also listed as questionable, but there has been nothing at this point to indicate they won't play on Monday.
