Golden Nuggets: 49ers Game Day

New, comments

Good morning once again. Monday is here, which means it is all about the 49ers-Steelers showdown on Monday Night Football. Much of the world might spend their time discussing the Packers first loss or the Colts first win, but by this afternoon, it will be all 49ers and Steelers, as it should be.

The 49ers sit as three point favorites for tonight's game after opening at approximately one point favorites. The line took all week to come out in part because the injury situations were so bizarre. Ben Roethlisberger is expected to start tonight after getting in a solid workout. Joe Staley is also expected to start so the 49ers will send out a healthy offensive line to face the Steelers tough pass rush. Let's hope the 49ers can contain them. On to the links!
