Niners Nation After Dark: QB Voting And The Return Of The Bay Area Afro

Welcome back to Niners Nation After Dark. As I mentioned last week, NN After Dark will not necessarily be happening every day, but rather when there is something noteworthy to discuss. We've got a couple of topics worth discussing, or at least noting, today.

The first is a reminder to get your vote in for our community ranking of draft-eligible quarterbacks. We're up over 430 votes and I'd like to get in as many votes as possible before closing the ballot. You basically rank the top five and the points are awarded from there. There aren't many huge surprises at the top so far, but we've got a few interesting results. I'm planning on posting the results either this weekend or on Monday morning. We'll see how the votes come in tonight.

I also wanted to point you to a post I wrote over at SB Nation Bay Area. Oakland A's outfielder Coco Crisp decided to let his cornrows loose and is now going with a very impressive afro. That decision inspired me to do a brief comparison of Coco's afro with Dominique Zeigler's afro back in 2008. They bring a little something different with each, but still entertaining hair styles for both.
