Welcome back to Niners Nation After Dark. Tomorrow (or later today I guess you could call it) is a big day in the continuing NFL Lockout. The NFLTA (Trade Association) and the NFL will each make their arguments before Judge Susan Nelson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. A decision is not expected until next week at the earliest. After that, the loser will appeal the decision and a subsequent decision from the Court of Appeals could take until early in the summer. Suffice to say, things don't look to be ending anytime soon.
On a completely unrelated note, I had an NFL Draft-related question for the folks that are up late tonight. A couple days ago I posted results of a live community mock draft over at Mocking the Draft. In that mock draft, manraj7 handled the 49ers picks and came away with three Stanford players, a Nevada player, and two other Pac-10 players. There is plenty of talent mixed in there, but I found it odd that so many regional players were selected.
Is this a matter of being biased towards players near or related to the Bay Area, or is it a matter of Harbaugh being a Stanford man?
