The 49ers and Giants square off on FOX this Sunday at 1:25pm PT as the FOX Game of the Week. That distinction means they will be broadcast in much of the country. The primary areas the 49ers will not be on television is the Minnesota and DC markets due to the Vikings-Redskins game happening at the same time. The game will apparently also not be seen in much of Arizona and northwest Washington (including Seattle).
We will continue to break down the broadcast maps for Week 6 from the506.com. However, I will also start including international television broadcasts since we have so many international readers checking out NN on a regular basis. I have information on Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany. If you know of resources for other countries, please let me know in the comments. I know we had some people last week posting details about Brazil and Mexico.
If you can't view the506.com for some reason (not sure what that reason would be), here is a rundown of most of the states where the 49ers-Giants game will be be broadcast:
United States
Everywhere except North/South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, west half of Michigan, Maryland, DC, Virginia, eastern North Carolina, eastern West Virginia
Canada
Virtually every FOX station except FOX Seattle
United Kingdom
Sky Sports, BBC Radio, 5 Live (not sure if that's connected to BBC Radio). The United Kingdom will feature several other games on Sky Sports and other channels. I'd recommend bookmarking, this NFL UK website.
Germany
Available on ESPN America at 10pm CET
