The 49ers are officially into Week 8, getting ready for their Monday Night Football matchup with the Arizona Cardinals. The team is practicing Monday, has Tuesday and Wednesday off, then gets into gear on Thursday with their first "formal" practice of the week.
Jim Harbaugh will get the week going with a Monday press conference. I believe it will be broadcast, but am not positive. It is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. PT, so check the live stream right around then. Assuming it is being streamed, it will be above, or if you have any problems, check out the 49ers.com live stream. We'll hopefully have a Harbaugh transcript tomorrow.
The big topic in my mind is what is up with Frank Gore's ribs. We have not heard an update since Friday when Gore said the x-rays seemed good. I doubt we get much of anything from Coach Harbaugh today, but it will be worth paying attention to, just in case he lets something slip.
