Golden Nuggets: Jim Harbaugh not calling out officials so he doesn't get fined

Friday, October 26, 2012 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the web.

Kyle Terada-US PRESSWIRE

Do the San Francisco 49ers have a game in a couple days? Because all I can do right now is watch the San Francisco Giants be totally awesome in the World Series. Now, I wrote this post while Game 2 was still going, so there's a plenty good chance that I'll look stupid by the morning. But as I've shown time and time again, I don't really take any issue with looking stupid. It's one of my strong points.

At any rate, I was just reading up on all the Jim Harbaugh and Richard Sherman stuff today and two things became immediately clear. One: Sherman is kind of a small child with his attitude (or rather, he's incredibly insecure) and two: Harbaugh is misplacing his complaints. Rather, I think he should be focusing on the officials, not the actual play of the defensive backs. I know if I could get away with holding and things like that, I'd do it.

Unfortunately, Harbaugh could draw a fine for speaking ill of the officials. So he has to call out a defensive back. At any rate, let's get to your quick links for the day.
