The 49ers are back home for a three-game home stand, opening it against the Buffalo Bills. The 49ers are a ten point favorite and will be looking to take care of business early. The 49ers were sizable favorites against the Vikings and came out flat, with the Vikings jumping on top and hanging on to the lead. The 49ers will want to avoid that this week against a Bills squad they really should beat.
