The 49ers and Bears wrap up Week 11 of the 2012 NFL season as they square off on Monday Night Football. This game is officially up for grabs with two backup quarterbacks getting starts. Colin Kaepernick will be starting in place of a concussed Alex Smith, while Jason Campbell is starting in place of a concussed Jay Cutler. Smith was a late scratch, while Cutler was scratched in the middle of last week. This one is officially a toss-up.
This game marks the 49ers second to last in primetime as they will face the New England Patriots on Sunday Night Football in December. Beyond that, their matchup with the Saints will likely be the FOX Sunday afternoon national game, as it only competes with Rams-Cardinals on FOX in that time slot.

49ers vs. Bears Odds
The 49ers were as high as a touchdown favorite on Sunday, but the news of Alex Smith likely to be out has lowered the 49ers to 3 1/2 point favorites. I'm a little surprised this isn't more of a toss-up. The over/under was up to 37 points, but is now down to 34 1/2. While I would personally take the under, I think this game is either incredibly low scoring, or it completely blows past the number. The NFL is just crazy like that sometimes. Everything points to a defensive battle, but who really knows at this point.
