Fooch's Update: Adam Schefter tweeted out this:
Get ready for 49ers top 2 picks, A.J. Jenkins and LaMichael James. 49ers fear Kyle Williams tore knee ligament, Kendall Hunter hurt ankle.

The 49ers engaged in an incredibly physical matchup with the New Orleans Saints today, and the injury report is going to reflect that. We don't have a lot of details yet, but some names we'll want to pay attention to include Kendall Hunter, Kyle Williams and Delanie Walker.
Hunter and Williams were injured on the same play, a Hunter rush late in the third quarter. Hunter injured his ankle and Williams went down with a knee injury at the end of the play. Williams did not seem to take big contact on the play, but did immediately reach for his knee. Walker left with his own injury, as a hip issue resulted in him having to be carted to the team bus after the game. That certainly can't be a good thing.
We'll take a further look at this as we get more information, but for now, the 49ers depth is likely to be tested. We saw Brandon Jacobs active for the second time and getting his first touch of the season. He actually had two rushes, but the first one (which netted a first down) was called back on a holding penalty.
It will be interesting to see what this means for rookies A.J. Jenkins and LaMichael James. Williams looked like he was in a lot of pain, but it remains to be seen what a day of rest will do for his knee. The 49ers appeared likely to deactivate their top two picks for the entire season, but injuries have a way of changing things.
And in a late addition, it appears that Anthony Davis broke a finger. Gotta love this tweet:
How could i hold with a finger broken in half? lollockerz.com/s/264301925
