We're back for another week of picks as the 49ers get ready for the St. Louis Rams. Last week was my best of the season as I was 11-5 against the spread and 14-2 straight up. Not too shabby considering the issues I've had the rest of the year.
The 49ers head into Week 13 to face the St. Louis Rams, with both teams looking to avenge a most heinous tie in Week 10. The 49ers opened at 6 1/2 points and now sit around 7 1/2 points, give or take depending on your oddsmaker of choice. If the 49ers offense can continue on the recent trajectory, that is a very cover-able number.
Of course, we are still dealing with a limited sample size, so it is hard to figure out what the 49ers offense will do. On the other side of the ball, the Rams chances could be very much dependent upon the status of Danny Amendola. The Rams wide receiver is Sam Bradford's go-to guy when healthy, but the problem is keeping him healthy. He lit up the 49ers in the tie, but is now dealing with a foot injury that kept him out of practice yesterday. That is something to watch the rest of the week.
