Golden Nuggets: NFL Combine Rolls Along

Welcome back to the beginning of a new week. It's Monday and I'm sure plenty of people are not remotely excited about heading back to work. But, we've got a fairly eventful weekend providing a decent amount of clips from yesterday. The NFL Combine is in its second to last day as defensive players get to step into the spotlight today and tomorrow.

We did have a couple defensive players step into the media spotlight over the weekend. Defensive backs Janoris Jenkins and Cliff Harris spoke with the media and had some interesting comments about their respective off-the-field troubles. Both are immensely talented players, but both have had their share of troubles. It sounds like Jenkins is swearing off marijuana. If he is prepared to get his act straight, he could be a steal for somebody later in the first round.
