Welcome back for day two of the 2012 NFL Draft. The San Francisco 49ers surprised folks with their decision to draft Illinois wide receiver A.J. Jenkins. We'll have to wait and see how that plays out, but it's now time to look ahead to the team's remaining picks. The 49ers have the 29th pick of the second and third rounds, and will be looking to add further depth to a talented roster. Whether it be offensive line help, a defensive lineman for the future, or possibly some secondary help, the 49ers have some room to work with tonight.

Day one was a wild one with numerous trades and some unexpected picks. It leaves a lot of talent available early in round two. The St. Louis Rams are in arguably the best position across the board, with three picks in the first 13 of the round. They could really solidify their future with a strong run through today's picks. Five teams have two or more picks, which could lead to some moves up, or even some oves out for future picks. It could make for another interesting day of action.
