2012 NFL Draft: Best Players Available For 49ers Heading Into Day Three

The San Francisco 49ers head into day three of the 2012 NFL Draft with five picks over the final four rounds. They added pick No. 2 of the fourth round thanks to their trade with the Indianapolis Colts. They then have pick No. 30 in the fourth and fifth rounds, pick No. 29 in the sixth round and No. 30 in the seventh round.

As the 49ers look to day three, they have added a wide receiver and a running back thus far. The picks added considerable speed to the lineup, but they now find themselves in a position to add some depth elsewhere. They do not seem all too worried about the offensive line at this point, which bodes well for either Daniel Kilgore or Alex Boone scoring the right guard job.

The folks at Mocking The Draft put together their rundown of the top players remaining heading into round four on day three. The 49ers hold the second pick of the round, which means they have a strong chance of landing some solid talent with the pick.

Some talent available includes fan favorite DE Jared Crick, DT Alameda Ta'amu, DT Josh Chapman, free safety Markelle Martin, CB Alfonzo Dennard and guard Brandon Washington. The 49ers have surprised pick in and pick out, so I would expect nothing less in the fourth round.

What position do you see the 49ers addressing to start day three?
