OL Jason Brown To Visit 49ers, According To Reports

While we continue dealing with all the fallout of "new" football uniforms, there is actual football news coming down the pike. Adam Caplan is reporting that the 49ers will host former Ravens and Rams center Jason Brown. While Brown has spent most of his career as a center, he spent two seasons with the Ravens at left guard and then last season split time between center and both guard positions.

The 49ers have been working out a variety of interior offensive linemen, with Brown joining Deuce Lutui and Leonard Davis as potential options. Jonathan Goodwin would seem entrenched as the 49ers center for at least one more year, but the right guard position remains in flux. Daniel Kilgore might be the guy of the future, but the 49ers would be wise to bring in some additional talent to compete with him and provide some needed depth on the line.

Who would you choose from that mix of offensive linemen? Or maybe you just stick with Kilgore and see what the draft can bring?
