Apologies for the delay in the Nuggets. You get another breakfast edition to get you through the morning. The main news is that NaVorro Bowman missed practice for the second straight day. According to Matt Barrows report yesterday, Bowman dd not have a noticeable limp. It sounds like no reason has been given for Bowman missing practice, and his status for Sunday's game is not known.
Chris Culliver, on the other hand, is expected to miss Sunday's game because of a knee issue. It doesn't sound like a long term issue, but precautionary rest to get him ready for the regular season. I think we can all live with that.
Other than that, we're into a quasi-normal game week. It doesn't look like we'll get player/coach availability in the media tent, or an injury report, like regular season Fridays. So maybe it's not entirely a quasi-normal game week other than the fact that the 49ers are playing on Sunday. Oh yea, in case you forgot, two more days until 49ers football again!
