The 49ers released their Thursday practice participation report late yesterday afternoon, and Brandon Jacobs and Ted Ginn Jr. remain sidelined with their knee and ankle injuries, respectively. I would imagine they will once again be listed as questionable on today's final injury report, but it seems unlikely to me that they will take the field this Sunday against Detroit. The 49ers seemed fine with Frank Gore and Kendall Hunter handling all the running back snaps, and Kyle Williams and Kendall Hunter returning punts.
Two players that popped up on Wednesday's report were linebacker NaVorro Bowman (shoulder) and Andy Lee (hand). Neither appeared to get hurt in Sunday's win over the Packers, but they must have gotten banged up in some way. Bowman was a limited practice participants on Wednesday, but was full on Thursday. Andy Lee was listed as "full participant" both days.
The 49ers wrap up practice today and will have Coach Harbaugh and Alex Boone available in the media tent prior at noon pacific.
