The 49ers "mission" continues as the 49ers travel to face the Minnesota Vikings. The 49ers are 2-0 and looking to improve to 3-0 for the first time since 1998. They face a Vikings team that is 1-1 and coming off a tough loss to the Colts. The 49er are sizable favorites in this one, but it will be interesting to see how they come out of the gates today. There is nothing to indicate the 49ers will not come out firing on all cylinders, but I like this test early in the season. The 49ers need to make a different kind of statement in today's game.
