The fine folks at The506.com released their broadcast maps for Week 4, and the San Francisco 49ers find themselves on television for a sizable chunk of America. I'd imagine some of that has to do with the fact that they are playing a New York team. However, as the maps show, much of that also has to do with the scheduling surrounding on FOX.
I'll actually be traveling up to New Jersey for the game, so television will not be a concern for me. This is my first east coast 49ers game, so I'm really excited about that. I was in London for 49ers-Broncos, but otherwise all of my 49ers games have been in San Francisco or Seattle. I'm actually heading up to Foxboro for 49ers-Patriots as well, so I'll get a pair of east coast games out of it!
If you can't view the website for some reason (not sure what that reason would be), here is a rundown of most of the states where the 49ers-Jets game will be be broadcast:
West
California
Nevada
Arizona
Utah
Colorado
New Mexico
Most of Wyoming
