Golden Nuggets: Anti-Harbowl, pro-Revis

New, comments

Saturday, January 26th, 2013 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of 49ers links from around the web.

The Star-Ledger-US PRESSWIRE

You know ... this whole "Harbowl" nonsense is a lot less annoying this time around, which blows my mind, given that before was simply a regular season game and this time its well ... you know. I think it's because the coaches were good sports about it last time around on the outside, but I bet they were incredibly annoyed on the inside. That's why they're not tolerating such things this time around.

Anyway, looking past the Super Bowl and Lombardi No. 6, the unrelated news yesterday was Darrelle Revis and the 49ers' potential interest in him. Let me just say that I would be totally down for getting Revis, especially in a trade that involves Alex Smith, because I think he can do good with the Jets. That said, I'm not sure where the 49ers would find the money for him, but cornerback is undoubtedly a weakness right now.
