Good morning football fans. It's one more day until the big boys play, but for now, feast your eyes on some great college football. We have three matchups this week in which both opponents are ranked (No. 25 Missouri vs. No. 7 Georgia, No. 17 Florida at No. 10 LSU, and No. 2 Oregon at No. 16 Washington). For those wanting to see what No. 6 Florida State does after beating Maryland 63-0, they are on a bye this week and will square off against No. 3 Clemson.

The true contenders are starting to show, and it's no surprise there are three Pac-12 teams near the top. No. 5 Stanford should remain undefeated against Utah, and the other two square off when Oregon heads to Washington.

Oregon sophomore quarterback Marcus Mariota is shredding his competition through the air and on the ground this season, racking up 1,358 passing yards, 14 touchdowns, zero interceptions; along with 338 rushing yards and 7 touchdowns. He needs to become a more accurate passer (56.7 completion percentage), but he's the best quarterback Oregon has had in a while when it comes to pro potential. Mariota leads the ESPN Experts Heisman Watch List poll, with Clemson's Tajh Boyd at No. 2, and Texas A&M's Johnny Manziel at No. 3 I predict that whomever wins the Heisman this year will come from an undefeated team, as I don't see anyone statistically separating themselves drastically enough to be a lock otherwise.

USA Today is having a poll asking fans what College has the best football atmosphere. Right now, Clemson leads, with South Carolina at No. 2. Something tells me Michigan and Oregon aren't far behind. Vote here if you want your voice to be heard.
